Hello! Here we are!

The North Park Craft Mafia was founded in the summer of 2007 by independent entrepreneurs Teresa Salazar of Velvet Klaw, Penni Hawkins of p-starr products, and Svea Komori of Belle Pepper Couture. The NPCM was founded with the intent of DIY businesses working together to promote and encourage each other while celebrating the individual talents of each member. Our group is dedicated to the support of each other, as well as that of North Park, a growing community in San Diego that upholds arts, culture and entertainment while preserving its unique history. Right now, it’s just the three of us but we may add new members in the near future. We are in the process of planning events where we can meet and mingle with all of you! We are proud to be a member of the Craft Mafia family!
